Where do I login?
You can log in to your personal environment via the "lock" icon at the top right, via the "my account" button at the bottom of the website, or via this link. In your account you can change your information, set preferences, view your pending orders and view your order history.
What is the expected delivery time?
We ship with DPD for €6.25 and from €75 we ship your order for free in the Netherlands. Delivery will take place within 3 to 5 days after ordering and receipt of payment. Different rates apply to other countries. You will see these rates during the checkout procedure.
Do you also ship abroad?

We also ship abroad. For shipping to an address abroad, extra shipping costs will be charged. All costs are calculated automatically in the shop when ordering. Can you not continue during checkout, your country is not specified in our system. In that case please contact us at service@shinsukeproducts.com.

Where can I go with a complaint?

If you unexpectedly have a complaint, follow the complaints procedure as stated in our general terms and conditions. Report the complaint in writing or by email within 7 days to service@shinsukeproducts.com, and you will receive a response within 14 days. We will of course do everything we can to prevent complaints.
